I am not afraid of failures; it is an essential part of the process that gets you success. I put my heart in what I do. I am a hard worker and an excellent problem solver.

Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?

I am a learner support for CPBA and Trade Academy. I call learners, provide information for the courses, send them emails, assess if a learner is qualified for the funding and process their enrolment.

What's the standout highlight of your experience working at CPBA?

Whenever I get someone enrolled and they show gratefulness in the work I did for them. Knowing they are one step closer to getting a job.

What skills do you bring to the table in your job?

My great communications skills, Proactivity, Time management skills, Multitasking skills, Attention to detail, Active listening, Positivity and being technology savvy.

When you're not working, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy most?

Building computers, playing computer games, listening to music, Watching movies and TV series and cooking.
